Internal regulations
​
This seasonal rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Maximum number of travelers: 6
- Pets are not allowed
- Events, parties, bachelor parties, not allowed in this house
- Smoking is prohibited inside the gîte. Ashtrays are available outside
- Unauthorized commercial photographs and films
- Times when quiet must be respected: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
- Arrival times 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Departure time before 10:00
- When you leave, the house is left clean, dishes put away, refrigerator emptied, sheets removed, trash cans emptied. Doors and windows closed, keys in the code box.

Cancellation policy

- For stays of less than 14 days, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before arrival to claim full reimbursement, deduction of fees and taxes.
- For long-term stays between 14 days and 30 days, cancellation must be requested at least 30 days before arrival to qualify for a full refund minus fees and taxes.
